Offer Terms

This offer is available to new business accounts with The AI Firm only. One offer per business. We may decline or withdraw the offer for accounts we believe are duplicates, resellers, or otherwise created to claim the offer more than once.

There is no subscription charge and no build or onboarding charge on this offer. At signup you save a payment card and complete Stripe Connect onboarding: the card is held on file for the activation fee described below, and Connect is what allows your customers to pay you. Neither step charges you at signup.

Third-party costs you choose to incur — advertising spend beyond the credit, telephony usage, and payment processing fees charged by Stripe — are not covered by this offer.

The AI Firm charges a platform transaction fee of 1% on each payment you collect from your customers through the platform. This fee applies from your first booking onward. It is collected automatically as a Stripe Connect application fee at the time the payment is processed, and is separate from Stripe's own payment processing fees.

To be explicit, because it is easy to misread: your first 200 bookings are exempt from the activation fee described below, not from this transaction fee. If you collect no payments, you owe no transaction fee.

A one-time activation fee of $299 applies to your account after your first 200 confirmed bookings. It is not a recurring charge and is never charged before that threshold is reached. A booking counts once it is confirmed on your calendar; cancellations and no-shows do not count toward the 200.

The fee is collected from the payment card you save at signup. Saving that card does not authorise any charge at signup, and we will notify you before the threshold is reached.

The fee is waived permanently if you complete Stripe Connect onboarding within 24 hours of your trial demo website being delivered to you. Delivery time is the timestamp of the email in which we send you the demo site link. Once earned, the waiver is attached to your account and does not expire.

Advertising credit of $500 is applied after 7 days of continuous active use of the platform. It is applied to the Google, Facebook, and YouTube ad accounts connected to or created for your business, and it is credit toward ad spend on those platforms — it is not cash, is not transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.

Credit must be used within 90 days of being applied. Ad platforms set their own eligibility rules for new-account credits; where a platform declines to apply credit to your account, we will apply the balance to the remaining connected platforms.

Google, Facebook, and YouTube campaigns are managed from one console inside your dashboard. Access to each channel depends on you connecting, or authorising us to create, an account on that platform in your name. You own those accounts, the campaign history, and the audience data, and you retain them if you leave.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. There is no contract and no notice period. If you cancel before reaching 200 bookings, you never pay the activation fee; you will have paid only the transaction fee on payments you actually collected.

Your booking website, phone number, customer records, and ad accounts are yours and are exportable at any time.

We may change or withdraw this offer for new signups at any time. Terms are locked to your account as they stood on the day you signed up. Where a figure on this page conflicts with your signed agreement or dashboard, the agreement governs. Questions: support@webuildai.app.
